Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Securely pack the unopened tea or teaware in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our Milwaukee headquarters using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
